You deserve support that understands
what this season actually feels like.
Specialized therapy for pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, and the relationships navigating it all — in Mt. Juliet, TN and online across Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida.
You came to the right place if…
You've been told you “should be happy” — but you're not, and you don't understand why.
You're in the middle of fertility treatments and the grief and hope are exhausting you.
You've lost a pregnancy or a baby and feel like no one around you understands.
Your relationship has changed since the baby came, and you miss who you were together.
You're anxious in ways you've never felt before — and it scares you.
You just need someone who gets it. Not general therapy. This.
How I Can Support You
I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy designed specifically for the life experiences that mainstream therapy often misses.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Therapy
Anxiety, depression, OCD, identity shifts, bonding challenges — and all the parts of new parenthood that surprised you.
Postpartum Depression & Anxiety
If you're not feeling like yourself — or like a good enough parent — you are not alone. This is treatable, and help is here.
Infertility & Reproductive Trauma
The grief of infertility is real, even when others can't see it. Therapy can hold the hope and the heartbreak at the same time.
Pregnancy & Infant Loss
Miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, neonatal loss — your grief is valid, no matter when or how it happened.
Couples Therapy
Fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss change relationships in profound ways. You don't have to navigate this alone as a couple.
EMDR Therapy
A proven, evidence-based approach to healing trauma — including birth trauma, reproductive trauma, and pregnancy loss.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Bartley, LMFT
I became a therapist because I believe that some seasons of life are simply too heavy to carry alone — and because I've felt some of those seasons myself.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in perinatal mental health, I specialize in the intersection of reproductive health, grief, trauma, and relationships. I use EMDR, IFS, DBT, and ACT — not because they're popular, but because they work.
I'm a mother of four. I've experienced loss, major life transitions, and the particular exhaustion that comes with becoming a parent. I bring that understanding into the room with me — as a reminder that this work matters deeply to me.
Why Specialized Perinatal Care Makes a Difference
What does advanced perinatal training mean?
Through Postpartum Support International (PSI), I've completed advanced training in pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss — so I understand the biology, the grief, the identity shifts, and the relationships, not just the diagnosis.
Perinatal care is different
Anxiety during pregnancy has different triggers than general anxiety. Grief after pregnancy loss is disenfranchised in ways other grief is not. Postpartum OCD is widely misunderstood. Working with a perinatal specialist means you don't have to explain everything from scratch.
What to expect
Therapy with me is collaborative, not prescriptive. I'll follow your lead on what you need in each session — whether that's processing grief, developing coping skills, working through trauma with EMDR, or simply having space to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
